RETRAINING

Retraining has the advantagethat they 1 year shorter than is an apprenticeship. the degrees are nevertheless equated . At the end of each retraining there is a final exam at one of the responsible chambers. Professions for industry and trade are subject to the IHK and professions with craftsmanship are subject to the HWK. That makes sense because craft or trade pursue different interests. The retraining is not operational . It doesn't take place in a company. You arise no disadvantage if you are not doing in-company training. In Germany it only depends on the degree:
